3 Account Registration
Each person may only holdone active account at PHPHPG. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim multiple bonuses, avoid suspension, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and all associated balances being forfeited.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. PHPHPG may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other point deemed necessary. Acceptable documents include a government-issued ID such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, SS ID, or UMID card.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. PHPHPG will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to failure to secure your password. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately.
4 Deposits and Payments
All deposits at PHPHPG are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. PHPHPG accepts the following payment methods:
- GCash
- Maya (PayMaya)
- GrabPay
- Coins.ph
- InstaPay / PESONet bank transfer
- BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
- Visa and Mastercard bank cards
PHPHPG does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All payment methods used must belong to and be controlled by the registered account holder. Deposits from unknown or unverified sources will be returned and may trigger an account review.
PHPHPG does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may have their own transaction fees, which PHPHPG has no control over.
5 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests at PHPHPG are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever possible. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals via GCash and Maya typically process within 3–5 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
Before your first withdrawal can be processed, identity verification (KYC) must be completed. This is a standard requirement under Philippine financial regulations and is in place to protect all players on the platform.
PHPHPG reserves the right to perform additional checks on withdrawal requests above a certain threshold. These checks are standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering procedures and are not intended to delay legitimate withdrawals. Most checks are completed within 24 hours.
Winings that have not met applicable bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled.
6 Bonuses and Promotions

General bonus rules at PHPHPG:
- Bonuses are credited to your account in bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
- Bonus funds must meet the wagering requirement before any associated winings can be withdrawn.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
- PHPHPG reserves the right to withdraw a bonus if it believes the player is exploiting the promotion rather than engaging in genuine play.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
- Employees of PHPHPG are not eligible to claim any bonuses.
PHPHPG may modify, suspend, or remove any promotion at any time. This will not affect bonuses already lawfully claimed and in active use at the time of the change.
7 Game Rules and Fair Play
All games offered on PHPHPG use independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect the long-run statistical payout of each game and are available in each game's info panel.
In the event of a malfunction or technical error during a game session, all bets and payouts for the affected round may be declared void, and stakes will be returned to the player's account. PHPHPG will not honour wins that result from a known software error or malfunction.
For live games and sports betting (including PBA), the outcome of any event is final once officially confirmed by the relevant governing body. PHPHPG accepts no liability for incorrect decisions made based on incomplete information at the time of betting.
8 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on PHPHPG and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds:
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or exploit game mechanics.
- Participating in or facilitating collusion with other players.
- Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage — these must be reported to support immediately.
- Attempting to launder money or conduct any financial fraud through the platform.
- Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
- Opening multiple accounts to claim more than one welcome bonus.
- Threatening, abusing, or harassing PHPHPG staff or other players.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the PHPHPG platform.
PHPHPG monitors account activity continuously. Any activity that appears irregular or suspicious will trigger a review. Players cooperating with reviews in good faith will not be penalised if no wrongdoing is found.
9 Account Suspension and Closure
PHPHPG reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if:
- The player is found to be in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
- The player's account is involved in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
- Identity verification documents are refused or found to be false.
- The account is used from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
- The player requests self-exclusion under responsible gaming provisions.
In cases of suspension due to suspected fraud or misconduct, PHPHPG may withold funds in the affected account pending investigation. Funds will be returned if the investigation clears the player of any wrongdoing.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the PHPHPG support team. Any real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method following successful identity verification.
10 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability
PHPHPG provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we strive for continuous uptime and reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.
PHPHPG is not liable for:
- Losses arising from network interruptions, device issues, or third-party service failures.
- Losses caused by a player's failure to read and understand these Terms and Conditions or game rules.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the total deposits made to the player's account in12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in this section limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
13 Amendments to These Terms
PHPHPG reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. For significant changes, PHPHPG may notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.
