Account & Registration
Go to the Register page and fill in your name, email, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and a username. You'll receive a one-time verification code by SMS — enter it to activate your account. The whole process takes under two minutes. You must be at least 18 years old to register.
No — PHPHPG strictly allows one account per person. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts involved may be closed and any associated balances forfeited. If you've forgotten your login details, use the password reset feature instead of registering again.
On the Login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered email or Philippine mobile number. You'll get a reset link by email or an OTP by SMS within a few minutes. Follow the link or enter the OTP to set a new password. Reset links expire after 30 minutes — if yours has expired, just request another one.
You don't need to submit documents to create your account or start playing. KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal. You'll be asked to upload a valid government-issued ID (PhilSys, passport, driver's license, or UMID). Verification usually completes within 24 hours.
Yes. Go to Account Settings after logging in to update your contact details. Changes to your primary email or mobile number will require re-verification for security purposes. If you're having trouble accessing the settings, contact support at support@phphpg.net.

Deposits & Payments
Log in, go to your Wallet, select Deposit, choose your preferred payment method, and enter the amount. PHPHPG accepts GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard. Confirm the transaction in your payment app and the funds usually arrive within seconds.
The minimum deposit at PHPHPG is ₱100. This applies to all supported payment methods. There's no maximum deposit limit, though your bank or e-wallet may impose their own daily transaction caps.
PHPHPG does not charge any platform fee on deposits. However, some payment providers (particularly bank transfers) may apply their own transaction fees. Check with your bank or e-wallet provider for their specific charges before sending.
First, allow a few minutes — GCash and Maya are near-instant, but bank transfers can take 5–15 minutes. Check your transaction history in your PHPHPG wallet for a "Pending" entry. If the deposit still isn't reflected after 30 minutes, contact support via live chat with your reference number from the payment provider and we'll trace it for you.
Select GCash in the Deposit section, enter the amount, and you'll be redirected to the GCash payment screen or given a QR code. Confirm the payment in your GCash app. Funds are credited to your PHPHPG wallet almost instantly. Make sure your GCash account has sufficient balance and your daily limit hasn't been reached.
PHPHPG operates exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are displayed and processed in Philippine Peso. There's no currency conversion, so what you see is exactly what you get.
Withdrawals
Go to your Wallet, select Withdraw, enter the amount and your preferred method (GCash, Maya, bank account, etc.), and submit. Your first withdrawal requires KYC verification — make sure your ID has been approved before requesting. Approved withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours depending on the method.
The minimum withdrawal at PHPHPG is ₱200. There's no processing fee charged by PHPHPG on withdrawals. Your bank or e-wallet may apply their own transfer fees for receiving funds.
Most GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 1–3 hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay typically arrive within the same day. BDO/BPI/UnionBank transfers may take up to 1 business day. VIP members get priority processing — generally faster across all methods.
Common reasons include: KYC verification not completed, outstanding bonus wagering requirements not yet met, account details not matching, or a security review in progress. Check your email for a notification from PHPHPG. If you're unsure why it was declined, contact support and we'll explain clearly what's needed.
If you've claimed a bonus with a wagering requirement, you'll need to complete the playthrough before withdrawing the bonus portion of your balance. Real-money funds from your own deposits (not from bonuses) can be withdrawn at any time as long as your KYC is verified. Check your active bonus terms in the Promotions section of your account.
Yes — if your withdrawal is still in Pending status (before it has been processed), you can cancel it from your wallet history and the funds will return to your PHPHPG balance. Once a withdrawal is marked as Processing or Completed, it cannot be reversed.
Bonuses & Promotions
The welcome bonus is credited automatically after you register and make your first qualifying deposit. No promo code is needed unless you received a specific referral offer. The bonus amount and applicable wagering requirements are shown in the Promotions section of your account.
A wagering requirement (also called playthrough) means you need to bet the bonus amount a set number of times before the winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to wager ₱10,000 total across eligible games before cashing out. Your progress is tracked in the bonus section of your wallet.
PHPHPG rewards active players with a daily login bonus that increases the longer your consecutive login streak. Log in each day to claim it — the reward can be free spins, bonus credits, or cashback depending on the current promotion. Missing a day resets your streak to day one, so keep it going!
